
Kati Morse LeBreton
VP/Director of POWER
Kati Morse LeBreton has served as the Director of P.O.W.E.R. at Fidelity Bank since August 2023, helping female entrepreneurs reach their full potential. She oversees all of POWER’s programming, which directly serves over 2,000 of Fidelity Bank’s customers. Kati has unique insight into the world of entrepreneurship, as she is a proud business owner herself. She is the co-host of the hit comedy podcast The Big Bad Boot, which she brings to life with her brother and co-host, Caleb. Kati also owns The Redhead Method: Digital Habits Education, where she travels the country as a keynote speaker to teach positive digital habits to audiences of all ages. Her passion for female empowerment extends to her volunteer work, as Kati currently serves on two Boards: Girl Scouts of Louisiana East and The Columbia Theatre for the Performing Arts. She is a member of many professional organizations, including the Tangipahoa Professional Women’s Organization, EmpowerHer Life, Professional Women of St. Tammany, the American Business Women’s Association, and the Tangipahoa Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Leadership Tangipahoa (2021) and was named a 40 Under 40 Winner by the Northshore Media Group in 2023. Kati was a Division One student-athlete, playing softball at Southeastern Louisiana University from 2009-2013. She spent several years working in television as a sideline reporter, being featured on ESPN and Fox Sports. She earned both her Bachelor’s (2013) and Master’s (2015) degrees in Communication from Southeastern Louisiana University. Kati enjoys playing tennis, reading horror novels, and drinking margaritas with her husband, Michael.

Tammy O’Shea
Chief Marketing Officer
Tammy O’Shea has nearly 30 years of experience in branding, marketing, public relations, event planning, and sales management. She currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Fidelity Bank. Her duties include developing brand strategy and supervising all public relations, sponsorships, corporate events, advertising, and social media efforts. In addition, she serves as the Bank’s corporate spokesperson and media relations expert. She holds a BA in Journalism from Louisiana State University and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and the Southeastern School of Sales Management at Vanderbilt. She serves on the ABA Marketing Conference Advisory Board. Before her career in the financial services industry, Tammy was an account executive for broadcast media sales. POWER was Tammy’s brain-child. This program is unlike any other, being the only offering of its kind from a financial institution in the region of Southeast Louisiana.
