POWER U is ideal for female entrepreneurs who:
  • Are active members of the Fidelity Bank POWER Program
  • Have at least 50% ownership of a for-profit business in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State
  • Have been in business for at least two years
  • Are eager to enhance their professional skills and business acumen
  • Are ready to invest $750 in their professional development and expand their network
  • Can commit to attending seven in-person workshops from January 2025 to May 2025
Participants in POWER U will benefit from:

  • Participation in an online community forum for collaboration and idea-sharing
  • Attendance at seven in-person sessions, with meals provided, focused on developing critical leadership and business skills

Fidelity Bank recognizes the importance of investing in oneself to boost business success. Therefore, POWER U participation costs will be partially underwritten by Fidelity Bank POWER, making this high-level professional development program available and affordable to its members. Tuition for POWER U is $750 per participant, covering parking, breakfast, and workshop materials for all sessions. Tuition must be paid in full by January 9, 2025, and can be paid in two installments:

  • $375 upon selection into the program
  • $375 by January 9, 2025

Invoices will be sent via email from Landry Training, and full payment is required by January 9, 2025, to participate in the sessions.

POWER U includes seven in-person sessions over five months.

Attendance at all sessions is highly encouraged. Each session will follow Landry Training’s custom “EMPOWER” curriculum.

  • Session #2: Mentor – The Mentorship Framework
  • Session #3: Personality & Perspective – Connecting and Understanding New Viewpoints
  • Session #4: Ownership – Examining Self-Accountability

  • Session #6: Elevate – Leadership Capacity Workshop
  • Session #7: Reignite – Goal Setting & Graduation Happy Hour

Session Dates and Locations:

  • Session 1 will be held on Thursday, January 9th, from 6 PM to 7:30 PM. (Location TBD)
  • Sessions 2 – 6 will held on Fridays from 9:30 AM to 12 PM. Location will be communicated to participants upon acceptance. Breakfast will be provided.
  • Session 7 will be held on Wednesday, May 14th, from 2 PM to 5 PM (Class) | 5 PM to 7 PM (Graduation Happy Hour, Loyola University)

The POWER U Selection Committee will choose twelve POWER members (10 participants + 2 alternates) based on their potential to grow and scale their businesses using the skills acquired in the program. Selection factors include diversity in race, ethnicity, industry, work experience, civic involvement, personal and professional accomplishments, and alignment with the Fidelity Bank POWER mission.

Upon acceptance, participants will receive an email invitation and must accept within five days by submitting the first payment of $375 and completing the registration materials.

To gain the full benefits of POWER U, participants are expected to attend all sessions and be punctual. More than one absence or late arrival may affect eligibility to attend the graduation and be featured in marketing materials. Please review the schedule carefully and plan accordingly.

Kati Morse LeBreton

VP/Director of POWER

Kati Morse LeBreton has served as the Director of P.O.W.E.R. at Fidelity Bank since August 2023, helping female entrpreneurs reach their full potential. She oversees all of POWER’s programming, which directly serves over 2,000 of Fidelity Bank’s customers. Kati has unique insight into the world of entreprenership, as she is a proud business owner herself. She is the co-host of the hit comedy podcast The Big Bad Boot; which she brings to life with her brother and co-host, Caleb. Kati also owns The Redhead Method: Digital Habits Education, where she travels the country as a keynote speaker to teach positive digital habits to audiences of all ages. Her passion for female empowerment extends to her volunteer work, as Kati currently serves on two Boards: Girl Scouts of Louisiana East and The Columbia Theatre for the Performing Arts. She is a member of many professional organizations, including: the Tangipahoa Professional Women’s Organization, EmpowerHer Life, Professional Women of St. Tammany, the American Business Women’s Association, and the Tangipahoa Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Leadership Tangipahoa (2021) and was named a 40 Under 40 Winner by the Northshore Media Group in 2023. Kati was a Division One student-athlete, playing softball at Southeastern Louisiana University from 2009-2013. She spent several years working in television as a sideline reporter, being featured on ESPN and Fox Sports. She earned both her Bachelor’s (2013) and Master’s (2015) degrees in Communication from Southeasthern Louisiana University. Kati enjoys playing tennis, reading horror novels, and drinking margaritas with her husband Michael.
