our biggest goal is to run a sustainable restaurant. here are some things we are proud of. we pay all of our employees $15 and above. we compost all of our food waste and scraps. we pay for a recycling company and recycle all our plastic, cardboard, and glass. we buy all our seafood locally and religiously support local farmers, fishermen, bakers, & millers – to put the very best on our table. we are reservation only and serve one menu so we don’t waste food. we are always striving to make the space and restaurant more sustainable.
