Flowers and Rosemary is not just a business; it’s the realization of my grandmothers’ dreams, Dorothy Flowers and Rosemary Marshall. Their energy and legacy live on through this brand, demonstrating how our ancestors’ spirits remain with us. Both of my grandmothers were passionate about fashion and home decor, despite the socio-economic challenges of their time. Dorothy Flowers was a true fashionista, known for glamming up for church events. I have fond memories of watching her spray perfume—an act that filled me with inspiration. Rosemary, on the other hand, loved to entertain, and her modest apartment, adorned with velvet curtains and crystal chandeliers, laid the foundation for my love of design.
Flowers and Rosemary has always existed in spirit, and I am simply the vessel to bring my grandmothers’ passions to life. I custom curate fine fragrances and luxury scents for the home, rooted in the belief that self-care is home care—whether it’s caring for your body or the space you live in. At Flowers and Rosemary, family and friends are at the heart of everything we do, and our products are designed to elevate the ambiance of your soul, body, and spirit.
In addition to founding Flowers and Rosemary, I also established WyShonda Elise Photography, where my passion lies in capturing and immortalizing visual ideas, concepts, and lifestyles. I have a deep love for photographing families, and I also serve as my own marketing team for Flowers and Rosemary. Additionally, I contribute editorial work for several local fashion designers.
