Alana D. Tanner is devoted to enhancing and maximizing success for organizations and professionals. Alana is a Business Development Coach for Professional Service Firms. With over 12 years of business development and marketing experience, Alana leads firms through business development planning and implementation and serves as an accountability partner throughout the process. She is known and regarded for getting in the door, holding successful and productive meetings, earning trust and developing relationships, and ultimately gaining new clients.

Alana also provides Professional Development Coaching for executives and professionals within all levels of firms and organizations. Her comprehensive process begins with focusing on and creating self-awareness, resulting in improved interpersonal skills, leadership, and increased business success.

Alana earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management with an emphasis in safety and marketing. She has an Advanced Certified Personal & Executive Coaching Certification from the College of Executive Coaching and is credentialed as an Associated Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. Additionally, she is certified to administer and give feedback on the EQ-I 2.0 and EQ-I 360 Emotional Intelligence Assessment.
