Heart N Hands wants you to get active and increase movement by loving your HEART. What have you done for your heart lately?   This is a great time for you to get out, enjoy the beautiful weather and show your HEART some love.  “Running for the HEART 5K” is all about loving your heart & staying fit during this time to great heart healthy habits for life. Running, Walking, Biking we can come together as a community to get our hearts pumping, give back to a worthy charity, share with our communities and HAVE FUN!!!!
