As Athletic Director at Dillard University since 2006, Dr. Kiki Baker Barnes has distinguished herself as an outstanding professional, community servant and mentor. A leader in sports administration, Dr. Barnes has become a national expert in strategic planning, organizational management and program revitalization. She is currently President of the NAIA Athletic Directors Association Board of Directors and also serves as a board member for the Greater New Orleans Sport Foundation and the Minority Opportunities Athletic Association (MOAA). A trailblazer as well, Dr. Barnes is the first female and first African-American president of the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference and is the first African-American female Commissioner in the NAIA. She has been the recipient of many awards including the industry's highest award, the Under Armour Athletic Director of the Year Award (2019) and the prestigious "Administrator of the Year Award" presented by the Women Leaders in College Sports (2015). In 2018, the New Orleans Pelicans honored her for her work in the community. She is the founder of So You Want A Career in Athletics™ a program committed to developing the next generation of women leaders in sport. She is married to Dr. Marc Barnes and they have two children, Caitlin and Marc Jr.

Over 12 years ago Elizabeth joined ITC4Promos with her husband, Larry, bringing this family owned-and-operated company into its second century of business. Today it is woman owned and their daughter, Margeaux is next in line to be the 5th generation! Born in New Orleans, Elizabeth received her BA from Loyola University. Shortly after graduation she moved to NYC, well really Hoboken, NJ to try her hand in the finance world. It was short lived! Her creative right brain and passion for community service would lead her on many different paths and directions such as; co-producing a Crawfish Festival in New Jersey, founding a dog adoption agency called “It’s a Ruff, Ruff Life”, and writing for the Northshore Conifer as a food critic. Dr. Wilborn is a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor, keynote speaker, author, and founder and producer of the annual Black Women’s Wellness Conference of New Orleans™, which was established in 2016 to promote mental health and wellbeing in Black women. She is the Owner and Chief Clinical Officer of Wilborn Clinical Services, a multiservice practice that provides counseling, coaching, continuing education workshops, and consultation.
Katie was the first female Director in Fidelity Bank’s history. Katie is the great-granddaughter of Allain C. Andry, Sr., one of the original founders of Fidelity Bank in 1908. Katie was named Chairman of the Board in August 2010 and possesses broad knowledge in various aspects of the banking industry, particularly financial institution management.
Tammy is a Senior Vice President and Brand Manager for Fidelity Bank. She was instrumental in the creation of P.O.W.E.R. at Fidelity and is involved in many organizations focused on the empowerment of women and women owned businesses.
Liz works to provide financial tools, business resources and networking opportunities to women business owners and entrepreneurs throughout the region. She is known as our “Girl on the Geaux” as she is involved in numerous local nonprofits and events in New Orleans. In addition to her career at Fidelity Bank, Liz is a proud woman business owner of GoGo Booth, a local photo booth rental company.
