Fidelity Bank P.O.W.E.R. Woman of the Year Awards program is designed to recognize the success of female entrepreneurs across the region. Each year, Fidelity Bank P.O.W.E.R. honors an outstanding member as Woman of the Year. The winner is selected from a pool of nominees submitted by Fidelity Bank representatives.

2026 Woman of the Year Award Winner: Sara Habetz, Hype Haus Fitness

Sara Habetz is the founder and owner of award-winning Hype Haus Fitness, a boutique fitness and recovery studio rooted in inclusivity, community, and high-energy experiences. Founded in New Orleans, Hype Haus Fitness has expanded to Baton Rouge.

With over 16 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, she’s built a brand that prioritizes both exceptional client experience and sustainable business growth. Sara is passionate about entrepreneurship, leadership, and creating spaces where people feel empowered to show up as they are while growing into their strongest selves. She is also a graduate of POWER U’s 2025 Class.

Award Descriptions & Criteria

Fidelity Bank officers nominate one P.O.W.E.R. member for Woman of the Year. No public nominations will be accepted. Nominations shall be based on the following criteria: positive community involvement, professional and personal achievement, support of fellow female entrepreneurs, and alignment with the core values of Fidelity Bank.

To be considered for Woman of the Year, nominees must:

  1. be an active P.O.W.E.R. member in good standing (to be verified by Fidelity Bank)
  2. be in business for at least three years
  3. be part of P.O.W.E.R. Program for at least two years
