I became a financial advisor because I have a passion for helping people. Prior to working in finance, my background was in mental health and counseling. In my time working in the mental health field, I found that financial well-being was a core stressor for most people. I decided to shift my career and work with Edward Jones in 2013, in order to pursue my desire to help individuals and families reduce financial stress and build and maintain intergenerational wealth. I gained my AAMS® designation and I am currently simultaneously pursuing both my CFP® and CFA® designations.
In addition to my role as a financial advisor with Edward Jones, I am the regional women’s inclusion specialist for the firm in south Louisiana. In that role, I focus on recruitment and retention of women in finance and educating regional teams on the importance of diversity and inclusion.
I enjoy helping clients become educated investors. We offer the highest level of comprehensive, tailored, personal service to serious long-term investors and their families and work with your existing team of professionals in order to do so. If you could benefit from a consultation, I would appreciate the opportunity to introduce myself and begin helping you.
We help our clients by getting to know what is most important to you. In order to understand where you are today and where you would like to be, I am offering P.O.W.E.R. members a complimentary review of your finances and up to 2 hours of organizing your existing financial records (in home or at our office). Please call my office to coordinate a time that works best for you and your schedule.
